Of the mapped length, 9.3% is By-law 2024-015, 23.7% is an OpenStreetMap maxspeed tag, 7.8% is an Ontario Road Network speed other than the default 50, 2.6% is a posted correction, and 56.5% is marked Assumed because the only figure on file is that 50.

Where OpenStreetMap and the Ontario Road Network disagree, the map uses OpenStreetMap. A 50 with no other source is the Ontario urban default, drawn lighter and dashed. Private roads are faded. School zones measured only as “150 m from the property line” are marked approximate.

Community requests are a separate layer. The 2019-2023 email figures are street totals read off a chart, so a bar can be off by one. A 2024 survey line means the street was named. Two town-wide asks have no line to draw, so they sit in the layer list.
